Processing Times

Ready-to-wear items are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days of receiving payment unless otherwise stated.

Custom commissions are individually handcrafted, and shipping timeframes will be discussed at the time of purchase.

Orders are shipped from Riddells Creek, Victoria, Australia.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.

Australian Orders

Orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post or another suitable carrier. Signature on delivery is required where available to help ensure your parcel is received safely.

International Orders

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
